To spin or not to spin, or simply review?
by Arthur Webster Just plain honestyOne of the most outstanding features of internet marketers is how LAZY they are.
They work in an industry that is based upon a virtual world tapestry upon which they regularly unload regurgitated crap that has already been regurgitated by other lazy internet marketers.
Visit my blog www.marketingwithart.info and you will be able to see exactly what I mean. Each of the articles on this blog has been spun to hell and gone. Some of them don't even appear to be in English because they have been so massively corrupted.
The problem with spinning articles is that the results are an arbitrary selection of thesaurus generated sinonyms being replaced at varying intervals by other arbitrarily selected sinonyms. By using this gut-wrenching abuse of (any) language, a single article can be spun to create hundreds of bastard articles with little merit but which, having been created, will be used.
How many internet marketers are using multiple web sites in order to utilize the effluent created by article spinners? How many of these web sites are degrading the value of the internet? How much is this degradation of the internet driving the constant revisions of search engine algorhythms and causing many web sites to simply fall off the table as they fail to conform with the crapometer measures being made more prevalent by shameless publishers of crap.
The internet search engines have not yet managed to avoid producing results that are mainly the stupid "review" sites that have been sold to so many equally stupid and terminally lazy marketers. Search for just about anything on the web and you will see just how effective the sellers of the review site systems have been in corrupting the search results.
Look at the headings of the results and you will see those like "Don't buy crapworksprunes until you have read my honest review - see my massive bonus!" and they show just how ridiculous the review site claims are. Maybe we can get reviewers to be honest and announce that they want to get your business by diverting your search for information and trying to appeal to your greed by offering totally worthless but supposedly high value bonuses? Many of these review sites aren't even spun so the only difference between them is the "bonus".
All the spinners are producing masses of effluent. All the "push button" solutions are creating totally worthless web sites. All the wannabe internet marketers and the people selling to them are turning the once clear canal of the information age to a weed and litter strewn stink hole wherein the brightest jewel will remain unseen in the filth and ordure that has taken it over.

Independent Associate with LegalShieldConsidering the number of these 'spun' that are posted here on APSense each day, You don't even need a review site. Sports jerseys, Air Jordans, Timberland boots etc. All of them are some tacky review articles sprinlked with hyperlinks leading to a site where you can purchase knock offs of the branded items at outrageously high prices. I can't agree enough. I run a new internet marketing directory (IMScrum.com) and article spinning sites and downloads are one of a handful of listings that I refuse to accept. A similar bug-bear of mine is twitter/facebook etc follower/friend adding services. Who in their tight mind thinks that there is anything to be gained by having truckloads of 'followers' added when they don't even know they are following you. same goes for 'List Builders'. does anyone really think their emails are being read by strangers. A list is good, but one that is any good takes time to build and nurture with real communication. Thanks for having the courage to speak off something people need to be more aware. TE Owner & Social Media EnthusiastI prefer writing articles myself and I do not post them on article directories. Sometimes I do use articles from others for my pet niche but i try to rewrite parts manually and at at list a manual introduction/summary. There is not much activity there yet and i can not write a sensible article about snakes, spiders or others. But I add the source when known or add a line that i did not write it. Lolcan't answer question on what to feed a bird spider. Jul 21st 2011 08:48 |

entrepreneurright on! If you're going to spin articles, you should do the process manually with Google Translate, but than again, that's too much work for most people and there's really not much money in doing that unless you're going to sell them as prespun articles and you actually rearrange the grammar so the prespun articles actually make sense, otherwise you're just creating search engine spam by posting articles as blogposts using an article spinner. Just plain honestyThere is no other description for spun articles except "crap". The very first sinonym that is changed negates the author's original intent. Anybody using spun articles is subscribing to the internet marketing lie of easy content creation. They are also bone idle and do not intend to create value, merely a bloody big fly paper upon which they hope to catch the occasional fly. Jul 21st 2011 15:18 |
