Pandit Dasa aims to help organizations develop a more mindful culture through his talks that discuss the value of appreciation and ego-less leadership. These lessons come in the form of keynotes and workshops, which can be held as part of conferences, company retreats, and corporate events.

His 60-minute keynote, which talks about mindfulness and resilience during the pandemic, was introduced to help employees cope with the effects of the crisis on their physical and mental health. Besides discussions on how to maintain positive relationships while social distancing, the session also shows techniques that may help improve productivity and reduce stress like proper breathing and focus.

Other topics in his series include mindful leadership, a program that aims to teach an organization's leadership on how to appreciate the contributions of their workforce to the company. Mr. Dasa also speaks about communicating with compassion to build trust and positive relationships.

Furthermore, he also teaches on the topics of developing resilience amid external changes beyond one's control, strengthening the mind to unleash its potential for growth, and building trust among team members to improve cooperation.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention acknowledged that the pandemic may be stressful and may cause "strong emotions" in both children and adults. It stated that stress may cause fear and worry about one's health and financial situation and may manifest physically by way of changes in sleeping and eating patterns, difficulty in concentrating, and worsening of health and mental problems.

In May, experts from Yale Medicine discussed a number of ways mindfulness can be helpful to people struggling with the pandemic’s effects. Anne Dutton, the director of Yale Stress Center's mindfulness education program, explained that mindfulness can stop the mind's "chatter" or ruminative thinking, which results in strong emotions like fear and anger.

Mr. Dasa has keynoted events by Oracle, the Society for Human Resource Management, the World Government Summit, TD Ameritrade, and more. He has also held workshops for the employees of Google, Intel, Harvard Bank of America, and other major companies.
