  3. It Takes Commitment


    It’s the big ‘C’ word. Yes. Social media actually requires a lot of commitment. You need to put in  your time and effort into ensuring that you have the right content to your page. Not to mention commit to being consistent at producing content for your audience.

    Commitment, in this sense, means exerting more effort than the bare minimum to ensure that your target audience find you when they need you and understand what your business is about. 

  4. Value


    This one’s a no-brainer. Value is important if you want to achieve anything at all for your social media campaign. Make sure that your customers get something from liking your business’ social media page, and that you provide them with insightful content that they can actually use.

    This doesn’t just help establish your business as an authoritative figure in your niche, but also encourages your customers to keep looking forward to your next post. 

  5. Social Media is Always Changing


    Social media platforms periodically release new updates to keep their users entertained. Users themselves are also always changing. A lot of things influence these users’ behaviour, therefore their social media habits are also susceptible to these influences. Even social media campaigns are constantly evolving.

    Trends come and go. In order to stay on top of the game, you need to keep yourself updated on these changes and work with them. 

  6. Messaging is Important


    Social media is a platform for connectivity. This is why it is also important to always be interactive and approachable to your customers. One good way to stay connected to your customers is through responding to substantial messages from your followers.
