These Are The Healthiest Fast-Food Salads To Order

For those who are obsessed with food (and especially those looking for healthier foods), you can "travel with" meals. We are talking about the real act of traveling, through trains, planes and cars, where you often have something at the airport or at the train station, or at a stop on the highway.

Often, the grilled fast-food chicken is boring, but the grilled chicken was one of the best in the group. The sodium content is high in this salad (44% of its daily limit), but this salad has the lowest sodium compared to the other on Wendy's menu.

Second runner: McDonald's Southwest Buttermilk Crunchy chicken salad: This salad had a lot of flavor thanks to the mix of Southwest vegetables (corn, beans, pepper) and the lime and chili tortilla strips (reminiscent of Doritos). And surprisingly, ordering crispy chicken instead of grilling saves sodium and gives it more fiber.
