·         Décorateur: They create eye-catching pieces, like special cakes and pastries. Some of the materials that they work with include fondant and confectionery delights.

All of these individuals have an eye for detail and design, great stamina to stay on their feet for hours, and acombination of patience and focus. All things required to be successful in this field of work.
