Everyone knows that we should sleep on our back but a few know its health benefits. This position has certain health benefits. One of the benefits is the natural alignment of the spine, neck, and pelvis; it can minimize pains, aches, and pressure points throughout the body. Back sleepers do not require support pillows as side and stomach sleepers do. But many back sleepers particularly those with a snoring problem, choose to use a thicker pillow beneath their heads to reduce snoring.
