The Life Wisdom Adventure

by Ian Begg Marketer, Engineer

Personal well-being, self improvement and simple things like time management have been an interest of mine for quite some time as many of you may know from some of my other articles.  I come across so much good stuff that I believe  may help people in some small way with their lives, I've started collating it and publishing it into a simple blog I've called "The Life Wisdom Adventure".

I guess you could call it an extension of my "Life is an Adventure" site,
which is more of an all sorts website :-)

An extract from one of the blog posts is below:

Being stuck in fear:

Problem: Do you worry a lot about the future and what is
going to happen or might happen? Are you thinking about your
fears so much that you are paralyzed and take no action
because of fear of what might occur?

Action: It is time to put your focus on the present. We
can't control or predict the future or other people's
behaviors. All we can control is our own, right here, right
now.

Ask yourself the question "What is the worst thing that
could happen?" Then, let go and know that rarely do the
scenarios we create in our heads occur. Take a moment to put
things into perspective by writing down the things you can
not change, the things you want to change, and accept that
the Universe, God, Spirit, whatever you call it will take care of
the rest. It always does!

My hope is by sharing this kind information and tips, it will help in some small way!

Have a great day, thanks for reading.

Ian

This is so true. So often people live in mediocrity because they are afraid to step out of their comfort zones. The only way we can move forward is to start by taking a chance once in a while until we feel confident enough to take that leap of faith and live life to the fullest. Thanks for this article.

Your words are very inspirational and very true. Nobody knows the tomorrow what holds, but trust yourself in what is present and take action in what the day holds without being fearful. I always pray and ask the Lord to help me to be fearless, but beware be prudent, because it is also important to be careful in our daily actions we take, Life is to take courage in whatever steps we chose to move forward, our actions always depends on what we offer the world to make it better and more rewarding. Thank you so much for this blog. Maria
