A basic recipe to make your green smoothie includes blending 2 cups of any leafy greens, 2 cups of a liquid base, which can be water or coconut milk, and 3 cups of any ripe fruits such as banana, mango orange, berries, or others.

Directions:

1.       First, blend the leafy greens with the choice of your liquid base

2.       Next, add the fruits of your choice and blend again

3.       Serve chilled and enjoy!
