Team promote spam.

I also want to know who gave the owners of team promote permission to send advertising to me?
These questions need answering for EVERYONE that is getting team promote spam emails.
Some are going to say but Team Promote is part of APSense.
Team promote is a totally separate domain and is an add-on just as that crappy Sokule is an add-on. The fact you can only join if you are a member of APSense is totally irrelevant
So the questions are as stated Where did Team Promote Get our email addresses from? and Who gave Team Promotion permission to use our email addresses.
Has some one has abused our privacy rights and handed them over?
or Has the data base been accessed either illegally through the front door OR has it been hacked.?
As Members we all have a right to know the answer to these questions.
Sokule as an add-on has to send their adds through the APSense mailing system. So WHY are the Team promote emails coming directly from Team Promote's server?

The reason is of course the false impression that has been promoted by certain people giving the impression that Team promote is part of APSense when the reality is its only an add-on. TeamPromote is part of APSense, we can't join it if we are not APSense members. emails are sent to members who joined TeamPromote to inform them when new campaigns are created or if there are news that concern it specifically. Based on your logic, Augine, Ask APSense, APSense.Me, the APSense Traffic Exchange, the APSense Wiki, the URL Shortener, EzineSpace, they are on separate domains, so they are not part of APSense? And if you want to cancel new compaign notification from TeamPromote, just one click in the email to unsubscribe it or goto account page change the subscription option. The other thing about joining campaigns. If you want to join one campaign, you have to share your email with advertiser of campaign. Advertisters may contact you by email for your campaigns. Independent Associate with LegalShieldSorry but Team promote is no different than the APSense communities they are owned by APSense but are add-ons not a part of the APSense Site. As the Moderator of two Communities and eZineSpace, I have no legal right to send emails to anyone not signed up for them or who has asked for that email through those domains. The APSense main site can send promotional emails about these add-ons but unless someone has given their express permission to Team Promote to receive emails from Team Promote, any email they receive from team promote is illegal under the Can Spam Act.
