Stress means a feeling of massive pressure on your mind or brain. Every human being is affected by stress. Stress can be good or bad, depends upon your capacity of ”tolerance”. Sometimes, being under pressure would help you to do your best but it becomes dangerous when you have a continuous feeling of this overwhelming stress. What Is Stress?

Stress is body’s natural way of responding to any threats, demands or tensions. People face a different kind of tension, harassment, embarrassment and bothering things in their day to day life. Stress sounds good in that way when it boosted you to do something best but the problem is when you lose your capacity to tolerate it and avail it.

 

Cause

The person, who daily struggles and copes with demands, threats and tension usually follow two type of mechanism being under pressure.


Fight-Or-Flight

When you have loads of tensions or problems, the Flight-Or-Flight mechanism takes places in your body. Fight stands for-chemicals reactions in your body or Flight stands for-prevent or confront danger. Basically, it is a natural response (chemical reactions) of a body that happens when you are being threatened by something or someone, to cope with danger or injury.

 

How To Know

Basically, being depressed makes you unhappy, short-tempered and lost which is very parlous for your health. You should know about the changes occurring in your body when you are in tension or have stress.

Perversion Of Your Body/ Symptoms

  1. Increased heart rate or pulse rate
  2. Pressure on mind or brain
  3. Anger, Irritation, confusion, lostness
  4. Fast breathing
  5. Difficulty to concentrate

  7. Changes in eating habits

These are just variety of changes which mostly present when you are stressed or depressed. Being stressed or depressed, four type of major changes occur in your body or you can also count them in symptoms of stress or depression are defined as:

  • Physical changes
