SSC Selection Post Eligibility Criteria

There are total 1000+ vacancies with 130 posts under this recruitment drive. Therefore, the eligibility for each post is different. Check the below details to know eligibility criteria. An overview of the same is given below:

A. Age Limit (as on 01.08.2018)

Maximum Age – 30 years

Minimum Age – 18 years

Age Relaxation

OBC – 3 years

PWD – 10 years

SC/ST – 5 years

Ex-servicemen – 5 years

B. Educational Qualifications (as on 01.08.2018)

You should be 10th/12th/Graduate as per the requirement of the post you are applying for.

Selection Process for SSC Selection Posts

Your selection posts exam will take place through an online written exam. After this, there will be a document verification round. There are 2 stages for selection:

Written Exam (computer based)

Document verification

For each wrong answer, each question has negative marking of 0.50 marks

On the basis of your performance in Computer Based Mode examination final Merit List will be made .

You will be called for Document Verification If you qualify CBE in the following ratio in accordance with the vacancies of the particular category of post:

(a) In the ratio of 1:10, for more than 5 vacancies for any category of posts, subject to minimum 100.

(b) In the ratio of 1:20, for upto 5 vacancies for any category of posts.
