Some new features of iOS 13

by Rob Stephen getaprogrammer

The new iOS 13 comes with advanced features for use by people. The iOS App Developers in Sydney also works in the same aspect.

In the fall of the year 2019, Apple announced the arrival of new iOS features along with a brand new operating system. The updates of this system are so noteworthy that it has witnessed a mass audience appeal in the global market. This new feature is available not only an iPad or an iPod, but rather one can also access it in the recent models of iPhone such as iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro etc.

The array of new elements introduced by the iOS developers such as the iOS App Developers in Sydney have dominated the smartphone market, initiating from the Worldwide Developers Conference. Below discussed are some of these new features that have completely revolutionised the use of the iPhones among people.

  1. The Dark Mode

The brand new ‘Dark Mode’ has replaced the bright screens, thereby bringing a tinge of comfort among its users. It has replaced the default white screen and one can turn it on from the settings of the iOS app. Experts working in Apple boast that this component is “beautiful” and “easy on the human eyes”. Theoretically, the dark mode operates better if the iPhone has the OLED screen. This way, the individual pixels will be switched off when the black screen is displayed.

  1. HomeKit

In addition to the minor UI changes made in HomeKit, it has also received some major modifications. These include the HomeKIt Secure Video. Specific and select security cameras have tied with HomeKit on a much-integrated level to allow the iOS users to record videos and footage for later reference. Apple is also tracking the initiative for introducing more privacy control features into routers. HomeKit does just the same. One can use the Home App control so that the different devices can communicate directly with the router.

AirPlay 2 Speakers are also being modified so that one can play select songs through them. Radio stations can also be played.

  1. Improved Face Id

While the iPhone allows the user to login via a face id, the new iOS 13 promises a 30% quick and faster face recognition. This new AI-powered component can be accessed on the latest models of the iPhone. For the users, this system is a safer way of protecting the phone data as compared to the TouchID which works after the analysis of fingerprints.

  1. Stopping telemarketing calls

The smartphone carrying masses are usually plagued with the unending Robo and telemarketing calls. The new iOS 13 has introduced the feature of “silence unknown callers”. Here, the upgraded version will only allow calls if the number is recognisable from the list of contacts saved in the phone. It will also work for messages, SMS's and emails. The phone voicemail will automatically greet these callers. This way, the user will not miss important calls.

Up-gradations like this brought about by the iOS App Developers in Sydney have contributed majorly to the existing popularity of the iPhones. Besides, new paths of modification have also opened up for better smartphone services.
