Safelist Marketing Secret

you’re working at a job you absolutely hate (like I did), becoming a
successful Internet marketer is a dream come true!
So, with all that being said, let’s see if I can’t pass along a few great tips
that will help you make that dream come true too.
Many people join a safelist, send out a few ads and when they get little to no
response are ready to throw in the towel.
They are convinced that it is impossible to make any money using safelists.
But yet, so many people earn a lot of money using them. They just don’t
expect to send a few emails and suddenly become rich.
Here’s the truth about credit based safelists. And keep in mind I am not
discussing text ad exchanges or non-credit based safelists in this ebook.
When you send a list mail out (as opposed to a paid for Contact Solo Ad)
less than ½ of 1 % of the total membership of that safelist on average is
going to open your ad and click-thru to your website. ½ of 1%!
So for example, if the safelist has say 5000 active members and you send a
list mail out to all 5000 you will probably only get somewhere between 15 to
25 people who actually go to your site on average. Now some safelists do a
little better, but they are usually safelists that only allow you to post once
ever few days or so. If a safelist allows you to post daily your daily numbers
may be a little lower but overall you may reach more people since your
posting more often.
Now, does ½ of 1% average mean that safelist advertising is a waste of
time? Definitely not if you compare it to all of your other options. Especially
if you compare it to all of your free advertising options. Getting 15 to 25
people to your site on one free mailing isn’t really too bad. These are 15 to
25 highly targeted prospects.
However, if you really want to play it smart, here’s what to do. Join
at least 10 good safelists and use them on a regular basis. If you can afford
it buy one of the upgrade options which usually gives you a lot of extra free
mailing credits and allows you to post your ads more frequently.
Now, when you send a list mail to all ten lists, rather than just getting 15 to
25 people to your site you can get 150 to 250! (15 x 10 or 25 x 10.)
Do that on a daily basis (150 to 250 visits) and you can see that it’s almost
impossible to not start getting good results.
