But of late the concept has changed making these costumes ideal for fashion mongers and that has given the popularity of dirndl and lederhosen a positive boost. Change of concept is also due to the preference of modern generation in mixing classic with contemporary styles.

Due to growing popularity of the traditional folk costumes the retailers are also registering big profits.
