Religion Playing the Important and Predominant Role in the Lives of the People

The importance of religion in the lives of the people: Religion plays a vital role in every one’s life as it is the tendency of the people to identify a person by his or her religion rather than community or race or nationality. Religion plays the most predominant role in today’s time where the identity of a person is decided on the basis of which religion the person is belonging. Nationality & other factors play a secondary role compared to religion which plays the prominent even in nation politics & every aspect of human life. Religion is a sticky topic or rather can be termed as a sensitive topic as it is related with the sentiments of the people. people can be convinced to do a lot of things in the name of religion without considering what they are doing, thus religion in very important in one’s life which is more important than any other factor present in human life influencing the lives of the human.

The sensitiveness attached to religion makes it a complicated factor. Religion makes a person tolerant & calm by nature who likes to dedicate their whole life to the God by doing his work. Religion is attached with the sentiments of the people which is why people are so concerned & particular about one’s religion. This is also due to the upbringing provided by the family members, society & religious people to which one belong. 

The work of the God’s people: They promote & spread religion among the people. These people inspire the common mass on religion by propagating & teaching them about the importance of religion in one’s life. People sometimes convert to other religions which they feel are suitable to them. Muslim converts convert to Islam because they find Islam to be the ideal religion among all the present religion in the world. Converts to Islam are well accepted by the Islamic religion community which makes this a popular trend among the people.

Thus, the gravity of religion cannot be denied in today’s time.
