programs using techniques and methods like classroom learning, demonstrations,
one to one coaching or even online learning. They arrange for training sessions
to reduce disruptions in normal working and the same time they ensure that the
employees achieve the level of success that is required for their jobs.

trainer is required to be familiar with the software that is commonly used in
the industry for the computer based training, videoconferencing, document
management and web platform development.
A trainer must have excellent presentation
skills to present their programs. They must have an all encompassing knowledge
of their topic of discussion so as to communicate the correct knowledge and
information and must be able to handle information.
They
must be a pro in the skill that they are demonstrating on. Most importantly they
must have interpersonal and observational skills to assess their trainees
understanding and progress and adjust accordingly. They should perform the role

A trainer is responsible for developing and
enhancing the knowledge and skills of a company’s workforce. They ensure that
the employees who are also the trainees are able to achieve the organizations
