Metro cities are the hotspots for realty investments. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore are at top in the list. New developing cities like Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Noida are following an upward trend and are presenting various lucrative deals, both commercial and residential properties in India. However, proper care must be taken before investing in any of the lucrative deal. Various factors should be considered before investing like maintenance cost, vacancy factor, insurances, and taxes and so on.
