QuickBooks Online’s Income List

The online edition, however, has a unique quality that you won't find in QuickBooks Pro or Premier: the Income List. It's based on a simple concept, but it may give you or your account receivable individual a quick, insightful view of your income situation. Income List. The display is divided into three parts in the top: Unbilled, Unpaid and Paid. All these sections have been divided further, into:

Unbilled: Estimates and Unbilled Time & Prices. Both of these horizontal bars will display the total amount of transactions and amount due for eachand every Click on one to filter out the list, make a new transaction or carry out a heap action.

You may set up a filter to observe a specific set of estimates here. Overdue invoices will appear in red, in a little box. Filter options here include Payment Standing and Delivery Standing.

Paid: Transactions which were settled within the previous 30 days. It is possible to filter the list to view just estimates, invoices, sales receipts, credit memos or unbilled income, and view by customer. As an instance, if you've got a list of Unbilled Time & Prices available, then you can choose some or all and make invoices.

The Income List first seems using a default set of columns. To accomplish this, click on the down arrow next to Edit Columns.

It's possible to alter the way your results list is displayed by adding or hiding columns.

Your Income List displays 50 entries at one time, however you can alter this to reveal 150 or 300. More could be displayed on following pages.
