Do you exercise everyday?

Why are we asking you to do this? The answer is simple, when you are fit and fine, your mood would be uplifted. Did you know that by exercising, or even a brisk walk in the open would help your mind rid the negative energies and help the body too. The unused energy within can give birth to thoughts negative and anxious, and when the body’s muscles aren’t used, they go tense and soar.

Linda Gregson is specialist for Anxiety Counselling have studied what causes anxiety and how individuals are prone to it. Basically, the low mood leads to depression, and if you want to beat that, ensure you fit in a fifteen minute exercise regime everyday. Don’t overdo the exercising bit, do it like you would love it, and watch how it makes you happy.

Breathe darling breathe!!

We always ask our friends reading what we write to breathe, they help bring down panic attacks and kick anxiety in it’s behind. Notice something, when you panic, you have problems breathing and hence hyperventilation issues happen. When you stress yourself too much, your breathing rate shoots up, and when you lose control of breathing, you make things worse.

Have you tried meditating and focusing on your breath? Do that for five seconds and hold the breath you inhale for two seconds. Once the two seconds are over, ensure you slowly release it and repeat the steps again. There would be a marked difference right from the first attempt.

Eat well
