Qatar Airways Cancellation Policy | Cancel Ticket

In accordance with Qatar Airways cancellation policy passengers are entitled to a refund if the reason for cancellation is directly attributable to the airline. Passengers may also be entitled to compensation for canceled Qatar flights.

Qatar ticket cancellation applies only to tickets booked through airmalta.com, Qatar reservation phone number, or Qatar ticket counter at the airport or nearest office.

Passengers may cancel their flight within 24 hours from the date of purchase with Qatar. However, in case of cancellation, the departure date must be 7 days or 7 days prior. In this case, no Qatar cancellation fee will be charged and the passenger may claim a 100% refund for Qatar flight cancellation.

Cancellation of Qatar flights can be made up to 3 hours before departure for international flights and 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.

Cancellation of an Qatar flight within 24 hours does not apply to group bookings and is subject to the group contract

Qatar 24-hour flight cancellations will only apply to and from the US.

A 24-hour refund from Qatar will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7-10 working days.
