Projects by Government of Haryana to Boost Realty in Sonipat

Sonepat, a district of Haryana situated on the border of Delhi and Haryana is currently becoming a place for real estate development target for almost every major real estate company of India. To further boost more this trend the Haryana government has announced many projects that will certainly help Sonepat in its realty endeavors.

One of the major projects which are already a major attraction for real estate in Sonepat is the KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) Expressway. This ambitious project will be a peripheral road which will connect Kundli, Manesar and Palwal. This project will be operational by 31 may, 2013, after which time taken for the journey from Sonepat to any place in Delhi NCR will be shortened significantly with world class roads. And to further enhance this impact there will be a global corridor along the KMP Expressway in Sonepat.

Another project that will fuel the real estate development in Sonepat is the Rajiv Gandhi Education city which is a modern education city to be developed in Rai area of Sonepat. The city will be spread over 2000 acres of land in Sonepat and will be equipped with all the modern facility for educational environment in Sonepat. In phase-I, 10 universities have already signed for their branch in the city which includes extension of IIT Delhi and many other prestigious universities of India.

Apart from these projects there are other projects such as the proposed Metro rail connectivity to Sonepat via Rithala line. Also there is Rapid Rail Transit System which will be along GT Karnal road and will connect Delhi to Kundli in just 20 minutes. Also there is a 100 meter wide proposed road from IGI airport to Narela which will also boost the real estate in Sonepat. There are many SEZs, cyber parks, industrial areas already approved in Sonepat that will increase the opportunities in Sonepat.

The Haryana government has recently allotted Rs 600 crores to Sonepat district for the development and improvement of civic facilities in Sonepat which includes repair of old roads and construction of new roads across the district. Enhancing and expending sewage network in Sonepat for better sanitation in the city. Also there are many flyovers to be constructed in Sonepat in coming time that will drastically improve the connectivity in the city and around the district.

All these projects are just the start of development of Sonepat and soon will leave NCR cities like Gurgaon and Noida far behind in the race of development and infrastructure. Sonepat will be the best area in Delhi NCR and people will throng this city for its opportunities.
