Thermal cycle test chamber

General description:

Thermal cycle test chamber can simulate different climatic conditions, such as heat-endurance, cold-endurance, dryness-endurance, and humidity-endurance, which defines the performance of material. By testing the product under different environmental conditions to see whether its performance can meet the intended requirements. The chamber dimensions can be customized from a small box to a large walk-in test room as per your request.

Usage:

This chamber is widely applied in the industries of electron, electrical equipment, vehicle, metal, foodstuffs, chemistry, building materials, luggage, adhesion tape, printing, packaging, and other product components and materials.

Special features:

1. SUS#304 stainless steel for interior, outer surface treated with powder coated.

2. Vacuum glass window equipped to observe products under test, with sweat proof electrical heating device.

3. Double-layer-insulated gastight doors, able to insulate the internal temperature effectively for this chamber .

4. Water supply system that is externally connectable, convenient for refilling water into the humidifying pot automatically recyclable.

5. French Tecumseh compressor is used for the circulation system, capable of removing the lubricant between the

condensation pipes and capillaries.

6. LCD touch screen controller with RS232 communication port, 5.7″ LCD touch panel control.

7. 60mm diameter feed-through port with rubber plug, easy to meet power-on test.
