Process of Cancellation and Rescheduling the Air Tickets of Etihad Airlines

1)      First thing you should do is to do the login on the official booking page of Etihad airlines from your laptop or mobile. You should login with same account by which you have done the reservation of your air ticket.

2)      Now you need to click on the profile page.

3)      On this page you need to click on the ‘my bookings’ tab.

4)      Once you clicked the my booking tab you will see all your bookings till date.

5)      Now you need to select the booking which you want to cancel.

6)      On the very right of the booking you must found a cancel tab, you need to click on that . Once you clicked it will show you a message called ‘ are you sure you want to cancel the ticket’ then you need to click on Ok button.

7)      Once clicked your ticket will get cancelled and you will be inform on the provided Gmail account or phone number about the cancellation.

 You can expect the refund of the booking in your bank account within 3-4 business days but the amount will depend on the cancellation policy and generally it is very high and sometimes no refund will be granted for cancellation.
