Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna- A ray of hope in the lives of the under privileged

The above are the few popular plans conceptualized for the peoples’ welfare all though they are many other apart from these.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna:

Since we are a real estate portal, our emphasis would be on the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, the affordable housing to all the under privileged urban people who dream of owning a home. Under this plan, the Central Government will aid finances in between 1lakh and 2.3 lakh to the genuine people out of them are economically weaker sections and lower income group people as well.

The Government is seeking partnership from the private sectors as well to effectively execute the development process in various components using ultra modern construction technology.

The most important aspect of the plan is to empower the under privileged females by making them the direct beneficiaries of the plan. Females jointly with males also will be the users of this scheme. Physically challenged and differently able people are also given prominence in this scheme by allowing them to get the ground floor units in the condominiums.

With the advent of this concept Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, there is a hope for the entire country that the scenario in both the urban and rural India will change and there is a rise in the life style of the under privileged country dwellers. It is much required that the plan’s implementation is executed as per the norms and is to be finished by 2022 as promised.
