Under this method, the person who was married without his or her permission forcefully or under certain pressure can apply in the family court. After annulment the couple will be deemed as unmarried and not divorced.

 

Apart from this, there are a couple of options such as mediated divorce and litigated divorce which can be worked out with help of the divorce lawyer as per divorce law in Singapore.
