Operating Principle of Screw Oil Press
Oil bearing materials from hopper to pressing chamber, when the screw expeller pressing running. Screw shaft rotating in the cage, which push the oil material into the machine for pressing. When screw shaft is rotating, it pushes raw material strongly and rolling over outward at same time. Thus there is relative movement among every raw material particle. The quantity of heat from friction drag satisfies technology in the pressing, contribute to thermal denaturation of protein in the material, improve the oil extracting rate in the meantime. Either big scale or small scale of screw oil expeller, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing.
