Qualification Requirements

The applying candidate must hold the medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.).

Candidates, who are applying against the AIIMS Recruitment 2017, must hold the post graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. Along with the M.Ch. for surgical Super-specialties and D.M. for Medical super specialties (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent.

Pay Scale

The organization will be going to pay a handsome amount of salary to the ones who will be shortlisted against the above mentioned posts. The candidates who will be recruited for the posts of the Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor will be offered an impressive amount of salary as Rs. 37400-67000/- along with the gross pay of Rs. 10500/-, Rs. 9500/-, Rs. 9000/- respectively. Whereas the aspirants recruited for the posts of the Assistant Professor will get Rs. 15600-39100/- along with the gross pay of Rs. 8000/- as monthly stipend.

Age Restrictions

The aspirants, who are going to apply against the vacant posts of the Professor/Additional Professor in the AIIMS Recruitment 2017, should not exceed 58 years of age whereas the ones applying for the Associate Professor/Assistant Professor posts should not exceed 50 years of age. Note that the relaxation in the age will be allotted to the aspirants who belong to the reserved categories.

Application Fee

As per the norms of the organization, the candidates who belongs to the General/OBC, need to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 800/- have to be paid by the aspirants who belongs to the SC/ST category.
