BMW ICOM software VMWare version advantage:

No computer limitation. You just need to install the Vmware software on the PC, then you can run on all computers.
ISTA/D, ISTA/P are all multi-language version

VMWare version disadavange:

Require more system resources,
Desktop, advise duo core CPU and 8G memory.
Laptop: advise duo core CPU and 4G memory

Native install version:

Need specifical computer, like IBM T60 /T61, DELL E4320, DELL D630 etc..

ISTA/D only have English version, ISTA/P multi-language version.
