Nursery Admissions Open In Gurgaon Before The Upcoming Schools Exhibition

Recently, a few Gurgaon schools opened admissions for nursery class before the upcoming schools exhibition. Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok is one of the schools which has already started granting admissions. Last year a few schools did the same and this time DPS is following suit, in order to admit good students in the school. Possibly, all schools are in a hurry to surge ahead of each other.

The process has started even before the Premier Exhibition of Schools and other exhibitions, which are organized by Schoolex.net each year. With more than 100 schools participating, the Premier Exhibition of Schools will be held on 8-9 August at the Epicentre, in Gurgaon. Whereas, about 45 prominent schools will participate in another exhibition on 25 July, at the same venue. These exhibitions not only facilitate parents, but also make the admission process easy for the schools as well.

Surprisingly, this year the exhibition is going to start early as comparative to last year. Mugdha Arora, co-founder of Schoolex, clarified the reason for the early start and also unveiled the benefits of the same. She stated, "It was a collective decision by the schools to hold the exhibition earlier. This time about 45 schools are participating in the exhibition on 25 July. The exhibition brings various schools together on one platform to make things easy for parents to a certain extent. It is a retrenchment of the parent's efforts of visiting each school individually. This year we are expecting that about 15-20K parents will attend the event. However, a few schools have already stepped back from participating in the event and have confirmed their absence through emails."

The exhibition is organized every year to bridge the gap between parents and schools. From unveiling the plans of schools, admission procedures, fee structures to other facilities, all such related queries are cleared in the event. Recently seeking admissions has become a challenge in itself and creates a lot controversy. Such exhibitions have carved a niche for making nursery admissions more transparent. The admissions for nursery will open in Delhi in January 2016.
