Audiences around the world have become exposed to the beauty of New Zealand through the medium of film, and many find themselves wanting to visit as a result. A trip to New Zealand can be a wonderful getaway for an individual or the entire family.The biggest city in New Zealand is Aukland, so if you want to get a dose of New Zealand's metropolitan culture, this is an excellent place to go. In Aukland, you will be in close proximity to the nation's fabled countryside, but you can also experience the urban excitement of city life. Other cities include Hamilton, Napier-Hastings, Tauranga, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Nelson, Rotorua, New Plymouth and Whangarei.
Of course, much of the appeal of New Zealand lies not in the cities but in the wild countryside where farmers cultivate the rich land and the rest is left to the winds and rains.
