“I have lived the most part of my life in Mumbai with my parents. After completing my graduation, I took the campus placement and started to work in a company on the other side of the city.

Our house was a 2BHK and the essence of luxury was always missing. Adding that to the long hours of travel and work pressure, it was slowly becoming very difficult to handle the daily hassle. With the idea of a long term investment, I bought a villa in the Golden County project. My mom was satisfied with the Vaasthu of the house and I believe it did bring some luck to us. A year into the villa, I got married and I have a kid as of today.

Separate rooms and ample of space between adjacent villas provides personal as well as neighborhood privacy. The kitchens are modular with marble interiors and wooden framework.

The biggest advantage for me is the negligible travel time as compared to my previous job. The combination of workplace in Mindspace IT Park and home in Golden County has made my life a paradise. Also, I am a fitness enthusiast. The swimming pool and gym help me maintain my routine and I don’t even need to travel anywhere far to access either.

Even my kid is happy that we have a home here. He just cannot let go of the play area, once he enters with his friends. I teach him basketball on the weekends. It used to be my passion and with this facility, I have revived it and passed it on to my son too. My wife is very happy with the super market located inside the club house as it helps to manage the groceries easily.

The 24*7 security surveillance via CCTV cameras and gate guards ensures the safety of my family. My parents are retired and stay at home for most part of the day. Good security arrangements help me to keep my worries at bay. Also, the project has a water harvesting plant. It speaks volumes about the mindset of Modi Builders to not just build a project, but even look after their responsibilities towards nature. As I make my contribution in the Modi Builders feedback, I’ll definitely mention this.

Sometimes when I walk from my parking to home, I wonder if I could have gone for a different house, but the sight of a happy family reassures me of my decision to choose Modi builders.”
