1. Hiking Boots:

Loose fitting light comfortable clothes are always advisable for hiking. This

3. Liner Gloves:
They should be lightweight and synthetic.

bag, sleeping pad, water bottles , medicines etc.
5. Trekking Poles:
Useful for going up and down steep, muddy trails in the forest, and general
