Monday Morning Happy (Possibly Creepy?) Face!

At a similar time I had five equally amazing ladies sign up to my “days of change’ online programme, combined weight loss; 22 lbs.
That’s a whopping 40.5 lbs these ladies have dropped between them
Only one has used a gym.
None have been sold any supplement.
And not one has been banned from any food.
So, how’d they do it?
1. They found a powerful reason to make a change
2. They took action on their lifestyle and habits
Simple, yes.
Easy, no.
Regardless of what any magazine, or Instagram page will tell you - there is NO miracle secret, or potion to success for weight loss. You likely already know everything you need to do.
Not exercising? Start moving.
Portions too big? Reduce your sizing.
Drinking calories? Make friends with water.
Just make a move and change something, anything which suits your lifestyle and go with it.
Because results like the above from these inspirational ladies speak volumes for simple change.
