Whether we are teachers,preachers,bricklayers,truck drivers,doctors,lawyers,homemakers,network marketers,internet marketers or students,we all have the same responsibility--TO THE GLORY TO GOD."So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do,do it all for the Glory Of God"(1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV) Everyday we should be conscious of our responsibility to walk in obedience to God's Word. When we do,we will grow to be Spirit-filled witnesses whose lives demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit:" love,joy,peace,patience,kindness,goodness,faithfulness,gentleness and self-control "(Galatians 5:22,23. I give all the Glory to God everyday I am above ground and everything else is a Blessing just to see another day.I hope this article help one person and my writing will be worth it.Learning to walk with God is a process of development in life for all of us to do. We read the Bible,pray and begin to experience God at work in our lives.Our faith in God grows as we experience God's answering our prayers and fulfilling His promises.

 Just plain honestyMarvin, although I agree in principle with what you say in this article, it must be qualified by the fact that walking with God is not our choice to make. God has a fair idea of the person He wants to accompany through this life and, whether they choose to acknowledge His presence or not - He will walk with whom he pleases. Many, many people who possibly do not even know that God exists are very fortunate in that He chooses to walk with them. You see these people in all aspects of life. They attract others to themselves, always seem to have the right solution to problems and act without the expectation of reward. I feel that God flits though my life. Just plain honestyHi, Marvin, I do not think that believing that God will walk with whom He wishes is a matter of choice of belief. I do not understand why you seem to find this belief so unreasonable. Faith is not about doing what is right for ones self - it is about doing right according to the will of God - choice is not a factor in this respect. The problem we all have is that we are tempted to place our faith more in the corrupt words of man rather than in the innate knowledge that God has implanted in each and every one of us as to what is right. The gift of free will means that we can do as we decide is fit but the will of God overrides everything. Unfortunately, as priests and "experts" have had their way, the will of God is hidden from us in order to make the will of man a priority. The syren songs of false prophets have corrupted us and, even though God may choose to walk with or among us, we have lost the ability to see this.
