The number of such patients is increasing day by day who are suffering with lower back pain. To get the relief from this suffering one need to recognise the causes of the pain. Only then he can be able get the proper relief. Most of the people suffer with this problem because they face below given situations:

1.    Extra Stomach Weight: it is strange hearing that the number one cause of lower back pain is having extra weight in your stomach. This makes back muscles to work harder than normal and can send anybody to the hospital searching for lower back pain relief. 1.    The Right positioning:
though most of us ignore this factor but right posture is very essential whether you are standing or sitting throughout the day. The wrong posture could be adding to your back uneasiness issues.

2.    Lift accurately: as mentioned above, many people face this problem after wrong lifting something. This cause is the most historical one in the history of back pain. While lifting something you need to know the proper approach to save yourself from injuries. Let your legs take the proper time for lifting. Do not forget to keep your back straight while moving with load. Moreover you can carry the things close to the body.

3.    Follow a proper diet and stay healthy and fit:
though you not need to follow any celebrity, but maintaining the good body shape can ensure to avoid this problem. You also do not need rock hard abs, but the better you are conditioned the better overall back support you will get.
