Los Angeles CPA Firm Offers $1,000 Scholarships to Aspiring Finance Students

In the spirit of investing in future accounting excellence, Neumeister & Associates, LLP announces the launch of its first-ever scholarship to assist future CPAs with furthering their education. The $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding and deserving student who meets the eligibility requirements.

The firm seeks to support talented students who have a passion for accounting and are committed to furthering their education. Applicants are encouraged to apply in fields of accounting, accounting technology, bookkeeping, finance, and business management. Applicants must be currently enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited college or university part-time or full-time.

Interested applicants can apply online through the firm’s website. Students are encouraged to write an essay that demonstrates leadership skills and integrity by detailing a situation they were involved in where they stepped up as a leader and the impact that experience had on their decision-making skills overall. Submissions will be evaluated based on the originality and impact of their stories and demonstrated business acumen.

The selected winner of this $1,000 scholarship will have their award sent directly to their college or university and can be used to cover costs of attendance including tuition, fees, housing, and books. This one-time award is not renewable and applicants must submit an official transcript along with a letter of recommendation from an employer, teacher, or professor in addition to the essay.
