The food that we are offered in fast food is not safe for our health. Year by year, the number of people who suffer from obesity, diabetes, and stomach diseases increases. Most often to such sad diagnoses people lead themselves. The use of harmful food especially canned and fast food, food on the go and dryness, are the main factors in the occurrence of these diseases.


The danger to the body is food, which includes various dyes and preservatives. It is especially harmful to eat foods like sweet carbonated drinks in which there is a high content of benzoates. Benzoates are the cause of the deterioration of the stomach and intestines and as a consequence of the violation of the functions of digesting food. It should be noted that the longer these products are used, the greater the danger to the human body. Products that contain tartrazine, can also cause harm to human health. These include ready-made side dishes, bouillon cubes, instant soups and even confectionery.

The danger and danger of fast foods lie in the fact that against the background of the lack of vitamins and trace elements, the content of carcinogens, overcooked oil, various dyes is in excess. Fast food does not give a person energy, despite the high caloric content of these products, the energy value goes to the formation of fat and deposition of it on all parts of the human body. Using various hot dogs and chips, while drinking them with sweet soda water, the risks of stomach and obesity diseases increase by an order of magnitude.


For people suffering from atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, these products are strictly prohibited.

French fries are prepared in over-fried oil, which leads to the formation of carcinogens, which have a negative effect on the stomach. Chips are also no exception in harmful foods, as cooking is done on transgenic fats, and our body simply cannot digest and withdraw such fats, its molecules settle on the walls of the vessels, thereby only complicating the situation. Children and teenagers are the extremely undesirable frequent use of such products.

Food, fried on a grill or barbecue, also has a number of negative points. For example, grilled chicken, if you understand the technology of cooking, have a double charge of danger. A large number of spices in combination with fat, which settles, and then repeatedly overheats on skewers, leads to the formation of carcinogens, striking the stomach, which can cause even oncology. The meat of shawarma is also cooked on skewers for a long time, as a result of overheated fat becomes a real carcinogen. If you like such food so much that you can not give up on it, then better cook it in the air fryer. This will significantly reduce the amount of oil and increase the utility of such food to an acceptable level

All of the above products and their like are safe for health if they are used on rare occasions.

Sometimes exacerbations in the gastrointestinal tract arise even from eating normal foods. These are spinach, tomatoes, citrus fruits. Despite the high saturation of vitamins, these products can cause exacerbation of gastric diseases. With the increased acidity of the stomach, you must abandon food, based on vegetables and salads that enhance the secretion of gastric juice, and it, in turn, has a negative effect on the mucous membrane of the stomach, thereby causing heartburn, stomach pain, perhaps even nausea and vomiting. It should be mentioned that food from any kind of rice can provoke constipation, and beets, carrots, and plums contribute to the reverse process - liquefaction.

From all the above it follows that with the help of proper nutrition a person is able to control his health.
