JUST change the W-4 Form your employer has on you to “EXEMPT.”

Then file for a refund for at least the last two years, if you have worked that long. If you haven’t, no problem. This application for a refund is essential. Without it the IRS will refuse your change of status. Be sure to add a copy of your “Affidavit For W-2” from AXE THE TAXES to each application for refund to the IRS and every communication with them.

This is essential. Be sure the signature is fresh. If it isn’t, sign it again in blue ink. You will now be exempt. You should not have to file a tax return at the end of the year. Under present law, we are assumed by the courts and by all officials to be under territorial law. This is “the land of the free and the home of the brave” and people cannot be taxed with an income tax unless they earn money from a privilege such as a license; they earn money in a Federal territory, possession or enclave, or have profits from stocks and bonds, or work for a state or Federal Government.
