CNHIDEE started LED light business in 2010. We focus on LED panel light, LED downlight, and LED tube lights. During these three years, we met many questions raised by our customers. Today let’s talk about our LED panel light FAQ.

Q: What is the brand of your LED resources?
A: Our LED is 100% imported from Taiwan, Taiwan Epistar chip and Harvetek package.

Q: What is the main material?
A: The main material is PC and aluminum.

Q: What are your available sizes?
A: We have many sizes such as 
Diameter 110mm, 180mm, 240mm; 
square 160mm,210mm,300mm,310mm,595mm,600mm,610mm,620mm,625mm,
Rectangle: 300x600mm,310x610mm,300x1200mm,600x1200mm
All the sizes up to 310mm are our own special mold.

Q: what is your available wattage?
A: 5W,6W,7W,10W,12W,14W,15W,18W,28W,36W,40W,50W,56W,72W

Q: Do you have dimmable panel lights?
A: Yes, we have several types of dimmable LED panel lights, PWM dimmable LED panel light, RGB dimmable LED panel light with remote controller or DMX.

Q: Which brand driver do you use for you LED panel light?
A: With 2 engineers having more than 10-years experience in driver design, we design and produce drivers by ourselves, by this way; we can always produce best drivers for our panel lights.

Q: Do you accept OEM packing?
A: Yes, we accept OEM packing based on MOQ 500pcs per style.

Q: How is your warranty and how to apply?
A: We offer 3-years warranty for all the products. When light or driver meets problems, we request our customer to send us pictures or videos for our analysis, and we send the customer our maintenance/ repair instruction, with this the customer will fix the light and we all save time and money in freight to send back the goods. If this fails, we will send new replacement and find a proper time to get back the failed parts.
