Learn with soccer players from all over the world in our academy in Barcelona

Here at WOSPAC we have players coming from all around the world: Russia, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, India, EEUU, Qatar and Japan just to mention some. This remarkable international influence within the academy increases and enriches the cultural diversity.

The cohabitation, which must be considered another fundamental pillar of the overall experience here at WOSPAC Barcelona, will be the perfect tool through which feelings, emotions and experiences can be shared among the players. During the staying, a supervisor-mentor will always follow the players throughout each stage of their experiences, in order to guide and help them to achieve their final goals. Nowadays, soccer can be considered the main motivation for a lot of young people. Soccer is everywhere: TV, PlayStation, down on the street and on your smartphone. Many people even dream to be able to become like one of their idols. Bearing this in mind, personal and professional development play a fundamental role. During this growth process fixing goals is extremely important in order to have something to strive for, and at the same time being surrounded by a safe and healthy environment is vital.

Every players follows a customized type of training in order to develop and increase those aspects that must be trained to enable the player to reach the best physical and mental condition. Weekly, meetings are scheduled with the player and the staff in order to discuss the overall growth process of the player and to determine which further steps must be undertook. All of the things above mentioned are carried out by our qualified staff of professional, whose additional task is to create a quarterly report about each player in order to keep track of every development from a social and athletic point of view.
