Know it all about the PV Foam Boards

PVC foam boards, also called as Andy boards or Chevron boards have extensively been used both in outdoor and indoor applications. The chemical name of PVC is Poly Vinyl Chloride. It is being used in furniture industries, building and advertising.

PVC foam board sheet are made up of light foamed PVC which is moisture and corrosion resistance and lightweight. It is also resistant to chemical and has low water absorption capacity. PVC foam board suppliers usually supply their products in a material range from 2mm to 5 mm. The surface of this foam boards can be easily embossed, painted, milled, engraved, printed and laminated as per the requirements. They do not get faded or decay with time and the color tends to remain the same as well.

PVC foam board can be subject to nailing, sawing, drilling, pasting and other types of processing. This makes them suitable for folding, thermo filing and heat bending.
