Keeping Motivated
by Jonathan Jenkins Marketing & Motivation Becoming "successful" has different meanings for different people. But whatever your idea, the important point is to have something to aim at - a definite goal. Think carefully about what you really want to do with your time. You can only spend your time once - so spend your days wisely!Having a focus, something to aim at, is a starting point for success. The other main thing you need is persistence - never give up, as Winston Churchill used to say. He also phrased it another way: "KBO" (which is colourful British language - "Keep Buggering On"!).
Being persistent means also being resilient, and not worrying about things turning out badly. Remember that there are no "failures" - they are "results". Indeed, you must expect to "fail". The important point is to learn from the experience when something doesn't turn out as expected. Learn, and move on.
