JEE Main Syllabus 2019 PDF Download

National Testing Agency has already released the JEE Main Syllabus for the Examination. JEE Main Examination is soon going to be conducted in the month of April 2019. The examination can only be appeared by the candidates who have applied for the examinations. JEE Main 2019 Syllabus is mentioned here in details. The candidates appearing for the examination are advised to go through the complete syllabus and prepare well for the examination.

Physics:

Modern Physics, Heat, and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity, Electrostatics,

Magnetism, Unit, Dimension, and Vector, Kinematics, Laws of motion, Work, Power and Energy, Center Of Mass, Impulse and Momentum, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Simple Harmonic Motion, Solids and Fluids, Waves, Electromagnetic Induction, AC, 

Chemistry:

Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic table and Representative Elements, Thermodynamics And Gaseous State, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Chemical And Ionic Equilibrium, Solid State And Surface Chemistry, Nuclear Chemistry And Environment, Mole Concept, Redox Reaction, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Solution and Colligative Properties, General Organic Chemistry, Stereochemistry, Hydrocarbon, Alkyl Halides, Carboxylic Acid and their Derivatives, Carbohydrates, amino acid and Polymers, Aromatic Compounds.

Important Facts about the JEE Main Exam Pattern

  • The examination is conducted online
  • Only the Drawing Exam is conducted in offline pen and paper mode.
  • The examination has 3 main subjects – Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. 
  • The candidates applying for the Barch has to also appear in the Drawing examination instead of Chemistry.
  • The examination is a total of 360 marks.
  • Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks.
  • Also, if you have answered incorrectly one mark each wrong response would be deducted.
  • The examination takes a 3-hour slot to complete.
  • Where Physics and Mathematics exam is completed in once while in sets candidates appear for Chemistry or Drawing paper.
  • The candidates can appear in both Chemistry and Drawing Paper if they have filled the form for both the examination.
  • Each subject will have 30 questions each that make a total of 90 questions in an examination.

After getting familiar with the exam pattern of JEE Main the next step is preparation with a well-defined strategy.
