science always emphasizes that if you will drink water in an appropriate manner
or in the correct way then it will work as an actor for your body but if you
drink water in the wrong way then it can give the effects as an poison to our
body so in this video I will discuss with you the six mistakes that we do when
we drink water so let's start and in this the first mistake that I see
generally, people do is drinking water in standing position means they stand and
they drink water yes it is a mistake and it gives effect to our joints and to
our kidneys our kidneys can't filter good amount of water or water can be
filtered properly through our kidneys if you will drink water in the standing
position so whenever you want to drink water it's better to sit in a relaxed
position and then drink the water it will be anatomically good for our body and
plus our kidneys will be relaxed our body will be relaxed so it will use the
water in a proper way and it will filter the water in a proper way this is the
first mistake that I see people generally make.

the second mistake that people generally make
is drinking water even if they are not thirsty yes there are lots of people
saying that you have to drink 3 liters of water 2 liters of water but what
happens many times we feel that we can't drink 2 liters or 3 liters of water in
a day even many people they try and then they have swelling on the face or they
have difficulty in their body why it is happening so because not every person needs
2 to 3 liters of water we all are different that's why our requirement of the
water is also different in our whether we say it faculty means the constitution
of the body it's Vata Pitta kapha and all three have different requirement of
the water so always listen to your body and drink only when you are thirsty the
third mistake that I see people make is drinking lots of water at one time this
is a big mistake it's a blunder if a person will do it it will give direct
effect to your digestion to your metabolism and you will have the problem with
your gastrointestinal tract and that's not good for your joints for your bones
and for your kidneys and liver also so if you want to drink water drink in
small small quantity drinking five hundred million liters means half a liter
300 millilitres four hundred millilitres it's too much if you are not living in
a very hot country if you are living in a hot country and you are sweating a
lot you came from somewhere then it's okay but if in a general life we live
inside the house especially right now do not try to drink lots of water at one
time always drink it relax in the sitting position and it's small small portion
all of the day the fourth mistake that I noticed people do is drinking cold
water our way there never preaches to drink cold water we always say in our way
that's written this it's better to ring the room temperature water or the warm
water unless you are not in the middle of the desert and it's too hot then a
little bit of cold water can do but not too much chill it's also bad for your
body but again in normal condition it's better to ring the room temperature water
I have also lived in the hot countries up to 48 45 degrees and I also just
follow the same thing which I am saying right now
I
never drink water from the refrigerator I try to drink the room-temperature
water this is what I practice also so it's not so that if you live in a hot
country you can't follow this so stick with it it will increase your immunity
warm water is one of the best thing for our body so try to drink warm water in
the morning or all of the days if you are in a hot country you can drink the room-temperature
water so try this and these things will really so now the cash income which is
the best time to drink water this is my fifth recommendation for you is drink water
empty stomach in the morning as you wake up as you'll wake up this is the best time
to drink water it's always better to drink the warm water a little bit hot water
in the morning because you can drink it more and what happens is all of the
night we are sleeping and our body is not active also that's where our mouth of
oral cavity contains lots of saliva even in the whole of the tract also the

helps us in the digestion what will happen is all of these enzymes that are in
your distract and in your oral cavity they all mix with the water and will go in
the stomach which will help you in the digestion so this way you will have good
digestion which will help you in losing the weight also plus it will help you
in increasing your metabolism also so it is very important to do always try to
drink one glass or two glass as you are comfortable with warm water in the morning
my sixth and the final but the most important recommendation is when not to
drink water if you are eating at that time try to avoid water 30 minutes before
food try to avoid water do not try to drink water with the food always try to
drink 4050 minutes after your food are also went through this I know that it's
hard but I conquered it so that's why I know that you can also do it if you
want good figure if you want to lose weight then it's more important so follow
this these are the six mistakes that I have noticed in a general life that we
do keep this in mind drink water it's a boon to our life it will help you in
digestion in metabolism in weight loss and having good skin good hair whatever
you want we need water for this just the thing is to drink it in a right way remember
