Innovator Jignesh Shah to mentor India’s upcoming entrepreneurs

innings and this time his focus is more on startup segment. Jignesh Shah now
sees 100 times bigger business potential in startup industry and he feels it
can create 10 crore jobs over the decade.
Start up India is a highly ambitious programme of PM Narendra
Modi and if world renowned innovators like Jignesh Shah decide to
channelize their talent and expertise into it, Indian entrepreneurs are sure to
have promising days ahead.
Talking about his future plans and about his second inning,
Jignesh Shah in a recent interview said that this time he wants to focus on
start-up ecosystem, since he believes that startup ecosystem wouldn’t be
restricted to any exchange or marketplace at all. He said that his focus will
be more on nurturing and inspiring entrepreneurs on varied scales including
agriculture, genetics, robotics. This time he wants to play the role of a coach
because he feels that it will be a diverse structure with an understanding of
entrepreneurship.

Shah said he will be active in the start-up ecosystem, which will not be
just restricted to exchange and marketplace. It will be a majority of IP based
field and we will be nurturing and inspiring entrepreneurs on varied scales
which will be agriculture, genetics, robotics, to name a few. He said his role
will be more of a coach and company will be the catalyst and Rather than having
a monolithic structure, it will be a diverse structure with an understanding of
entrepreneurship.
Instead of body shopping, the new India would have an IP-based
innovation drive, for which he said that he will be a catalyst and this is what
he hope the future will bring.
