injection molding system plays an important role in the process of the
injection molding machine. Heating system will affect the molding temperature
directly for a good plastic product. Injection molding is an engineering technology. It may change in the plastic material into
useful products to the original performance plastic.
Injection
molding process is one of the important factors that affect the rate of melting
and cooling temperature, pressure and duration of each corresponding action.
Then check the temperature during the injection molding process is very
important. We can analyze the temperature in three parts. They are the injection machine screw temperature,
nozzle temperature and the mould temperature. Screw temperature and the nozzle temperature
mainly affect the ability to laminate plastic and moving. And the mold
temperature primarily affects the movement and cooling plastic. Nozzle
temperature is generally lower than the screw temperature. Mold temperature
affect more on the plastic inner product performance and apparent quality.
The
pressure of the injection process is to laminate the pressure and the injection
pressure. They are directly affect the plastic laminate and product quality. Generally,
the holding pressure is smaller than the injection pressure. We should do
depend on the plastic used to achieve better physical performance and
appearance.
