Importance of yoga retreat in Rishikesh

Hot Yoga retreat in Rishikesh is most effective yoga technique gaining popularity day by day. It requires the fixed degree of temperature and level of humidity. Hot yoga techniques were first introduced in India, but now it has spread in almost every part of the world.   • TEMPERATURE should lies between 30 degrees to 125 degrees F.

  • The level of humidity should remain with the scale of may vary from 40 percent to 60 percent.

  • You can adjust temperature and humidity as high, medium, low. NO PHYSICAL, HANDS ON CORRECTIONS or adjustments of students in yoga teacher training in India.

You can drink water anytime during the yoga class, but eating food is strictly prohibited in yoga class. At least try a 90 minutes long yoga studio especially hot yoga class. You can take a day leave from hot yoga teacher training in India. A five-day yoga class in a week is suitable for aged persons.

You must ask your instructor at the Yoga retreat in Rishikesh at the time you face difficulty rather than doing any wrong posture. Immediately after holding any yoga position, in case you feel pain in the heart or any other body part, you must leave it.
