My weight loss program has been going strong over the last few months. I have been cycling 1/2 hour a day... 6 days a week. (I try to do 7 days a week, but there has been 1 day per week that something has come up... :( )
So, if I do the math, it comes out to 90 days (December isn't over yet, there are 30 days in November and 31 in October) times 1/2 hour per day... 2700 minutes!!!! That's 45 hours!!!
I have lost (in that time) 35 pounds!!! Man, I feel GREAT!
My only problem, during this time, has been my hips and knees... they HURT!!!
