I feel like OSRS gold players can access just about anywhere in RuneScape game within five minutes, so people that don't have just as much game experience/knowledge are really only hurt by this. If that is put into match though, they ought to make it if you return to your passing spot within 3 minutes or something there is no passing fee charges lol.
