how to use heat transfer tape for t shirts

by Venessa Liu Web Administrator
I've ordered quite a few brands of HTV and this one by far is my favorite. The plastic backing is a little sticky which makes the heat press application much easier. Once you have aligned your decal, it's going to stay in place and the worry of movement is not an issue. I've ordered this brand twice now and the variety pack was the same. I've washed and dried a test shirt a few times and the decal still looks amazing! I bought this in a pinch to make tank tops. I admit I wear about the price. I wasn't disappointed. I found it easy to weed and transfer easily with parchment paper before my hand held iron. I will be buying again. I really enjoyed having the variety of colors. Glad i bought it, alot of HTV is pricey especially for a variety pack.Teflon sheet is amazing! Have used the iron on's are a great assortment of colors and work easily for my projects. I only order from this company. Great product. Easy to outline and cut out, applies easily. Loos like it will last many washes as it seems to adhere quite nicely on the fabric. Good product.

So far so good. I haven’t washed them enough to know the durability but they looks nice. The black is not a matte it’s has a shine to it. I like it tho. Good price. HTVRont vinyl transfer paper was so easy to weed! I was really impressed because I'm a newbie. I thought it would be a lot harder but it so easy to use! The quality of the vinyl was very nice. This is a great product in many ways. It is nice and thick and this makes it easy to weed. It cuts clean. There is a great selection of colors and they are bright. The gold is nice and gold and shiny. I used the gold on a red shirt and it looked great. One of the things I like is that it came with a teflon sheet. This made ironing them on so much easier, and it's reusable after these sheets are all long gone so that is nice.

I would give this a low five stars for a few reasons for HTVRont htv vinyl rolls :
- because the sheets are thicker than traditional iron on vinyl there are some things to know about it. You might have trouble cutting these sheets. I didn't have any problems. I made sure I used a new blade and my Cricut cut them just fine and the image I had was thin with some detail. So I suggest starting there (new blade etc). But before I bought this and took the chance there were many reviewers that did have problems.

- Because they are thicker I found I had to spend more time ironing them on. I had to spend more time and use an iron that was on the hotter end of the range for iron on vinyl. It seemed to work though and when I had a chance to see it on a kids shirt later it looked good and seemed to be holding up to washings.

I loved the colors and the quality I do a lot of crafting and this was perfect. Works great! Easy weed and stays on! I had a hard time figuring which side I needed to cut on and made lots of mistakes at first. But it looked nice when I got it ironed on. I love this vinyl and use it with my cricut machine! So far no problems. Easy weed, durable and has held up well in the wash! This product is very easy if you follow the directions. I have ordered it before and like the assorted colors and plan on ordering again! Super nice quality HTV. Application was nice & smooth, didn't leave any bubbles & has a nice stretch to it. Definitely purchasing other patterns/colors in the near future. It worked perfectly fine on my other vinyl. Even raised the blade setting to 8 and NOTHING. So aggravated, will NEVER buy again. Not convinced these reviews aren't made up.The best HTV I’ve ever used. Awesome Deal and a Great price. The quality is amazing. Came very quick too. I applied it and washed the item I applied it too. No cracking or peeling.
